Winning Carrot Cake on the Food Network's Throwdown with Bobby Flay. A tradition at Thanksgiving but a favorite all year. Ours is very moist, loaded with carrots, pecans, pineapple, and coconut and enveloped with a smooth cream cheese icing and a crown of Georgia Pecans. The cake of the month in November.
